We are excited to announce that construction at Azure condominum is moving at a brisk pace and we are now scheduling owner walk thrus. We are currently in the process of notifying everyone of their scheduled date and time.

At this time, it is anticipated that closings should begin around mid to late October. We will notify you at a later date of your projected closing time.

July 2005 - Construction of Azure continues on schedule for a September 2005 completion date.
The final coat of colored stucco is being applied to the building, some unit interiors are complete with builder and developer punch lists ongoing, and the parking garage is underway. This property is just the latest example of the quality development by Sundial/Blue Horizon LLC. When completed, Azure will be the benchmark for new properties on Okaloosa Island with its Mediterranean style architecture, luxurious interior finishes, multiple pools and water features. Condominium Drawing Day - An Overwhelming Success
- Less than thirty days ago, the floor plans , site plan, and artist rendering of the much anticipated Azure Condominiums were unveiled to local real estate agents. By the eighteenth of November, over 400 hopeful ( or prospective) purchasers had submitted reservation request and deposits and were anxiously awaiting a call to be awarded one of only 135 total condominiums available in this new gulf front development. The reputation of Sundial Developers commitment to quality and excellence in earlier projects spurred many repeat purchasers. Purchasers who had bought from the developers in one of their previous developments were first awarded condominiums in a drawing. After these buyers were matched with their selections, the remaining few condominiums were awarded to new purchasers. This unprecedented response set a record breaking sales rate with over $70 million condominiums reserved in a matter of hours. Market acceptance of Azure has been validated (or proven itself). Over 50 potential purchasers who were not selected in the drawing, requested that their deposits be held as "back-up" reservations, hoping to be awarded an Azure Condominium in the future should a reservation cancel. This remarkable demand for Azure prompts its expected start of construction in the spring of 2004.
